IGC - Indoor Growing Compartment
Complete cultivation rooms with 35 m2 of cultivation area in several variants. The advantage of these perfectly matched systems is, among others, short planning and installation times.
The IGC is available in three variants, with optional quality-of-life upgrades, and is our answer to a facility that can grow with your revenue.
Energy Recovery Group DIY kit
CarbonActive offers cultivation associations and medium-sized facilities the ERG DIY kit, a sophisticated ventilation system with which an existing room on site can be cooled, heated and dehumidified in an energy-efficient manner while recovering the waste heat.
Activated carbon filter
Two different variants for different applications. Choose the appropriate filter for air flow rates up to 3000 m³/h and connection diameters up to 315 mm.
Fan box
CarbonActive fan boxes use centrifugal fans to build up high pressure in the ventilation system. This ensures that the air moves at a uniform speed through filters, heat exchangers, bends and long ventilation ducts. Thanks to the EC technology, rotation speeds of the fans can be adjusted with a controller.
Filter box
With the filter box, filters can be installed in a ventilation duct system to not only filter the air at the beginning or end, but also in the middle to remove contaminants and odour particles.
ebm-papst EC fans
CarbonActive also separately offers the EC centrifugal fans from the fan boxes – as replacement part or for hobbyists. This means that every handy grower can benefit from the immense performance of these EC motors.
ZIEHL-ABEGG circulation fans
For classic air circulation installations, CarbonActive offers controllable EC circulation fans. In contrast to conventional circulation fans, these can be used to set the optimum air speed for the plants in the room with the help of sensors and controllers.
Reducers
Our fan boxes work best when, after the air outlet, the diameter of the ventilation duct increases. But our customised reducers are also the right choice for other diameter changes in your ventilation system.
Pollen filter
Pollen filters are perfectly suited for prefiltering the supply air. The filter blocks particulate matter up to the size of pollen from entering the cultivation room. This sets the right barriers for unwanted pollination!
Pollensock
Pollensocks are the low-priced entry level solution for pre-filtering the supply air. The filter is simply placed on the end of the supply air fan and blocks particulate matter up to the size of pollen from entering the cultivation room.
Pre filter
Pre filters from CarbonActive remove large particles before they reach the main filter. This ensures that the entire filter system stays efficient for longer and is low-maintenance in the long term.
Intake filter mat G3/coarse 45% 1m x 1m
Intake filter mat G3/Coarse 45% protects ventilation systems from large dust particles and contaminants. With a size of 1m x 1m, it is ideal as a pre-filter for a longer lifespan of the main filter.
